As an online retailer, we want our customer experience to be the epitome of bliss and hassle-free.
We have worked out that the most efficient way to deal with your queries is by using our online contact form, and we will endeavor to get back to you ASAP (emails will be responded to within an average 24 working hour time frame).

To speed this process up, choose the subject that is most relevant to you from the dropdown menu and give us as much information about your query as possible. If you wish to be contacted by telephone, please include your number within the email and we will endeavour to give you a call.
We advise always checking our Knowledgebase before getting in touch, as you may find that someone has asked your question before you, so you’ll be able to get an answer straight away.

Please try to limit yourself to one email per query - our customer care team work through all queries in date order. Re posting within an open email chain may result in a delay in receiving a response.
