Password queries

Your password must remain confidential and may not be used by another user, as you are responsible for all activities and orders that are submitted using your password. If you have forgotten your password, don't panic, simply click on ‘Forgotten password’ on the login page:

Type in your registered email address, and we will send it to you via email.

You can reset your password at any time in the My Account section:

http://www.achica.com/myaccount/pages/PersonalDetails.aspx

Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email account.

If you have not received your password reset email within 4 hours, please check your junk/spam folders.
