My card has been declined – what happens now?

If your card details are declined by the bank, the customer will be asked to check the details and/or provide a different card. The order will not be accepted until the customer is able to provide a card number that is not declined. If the problem perists, please contact your bank provider to ensure a quick resolution.

Please note, our customer care team do not have access to your payment details therefore will not be able to advise the exact reason why your card has been declined.

We offer Paypal as an alternative method of payment.
