How will public holidays affect delivery time?

Delivery time is likely to be increased slightly by public holidays, but you can be sure we are getting your items to you as fast as we possibly can.

Your order's estimated delivery window will be featured within your order confirmation. Alternatively, you can view this information via your online achica account.

As soon as your order is despatched, we will send you an email to let you know it's on the way. Where possible we will provide a parcel tracking link.

Once your order is despatched from achica it will be delivered to you within 5 working days (if your delivery falls over a public holiday please allow an additional 48 hours)
