Can I track my order?

Depending on the carrier we send your order with, the dispatch email we send you may include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel. You can also track your order in the Order History section of My Account.

As soon as your order is despatched, we will send you an email to let you know it's on the way. Where possible we will provide a parcel tracking link.

You can also check your order's status via your online account: http://www.achica.com/myaccount/pages/OrderTrack

Once your order is despatched from ACHICA it will be delivered to you within 5 working days.

If your order has not reached by this time, please contact our customer care team who will be happy to help.
